NORTHFIELD, IL – To raise awareness of Hamilton Chang’s campaign to bring reform and accountability to Springfield, the Chang Cruiser is driving around the district, reminding residents to vote on November 2nd. The "Cruisin’ for Change" campaign effort has elicited a remarkable outpouring of public response.

The campaign@changforchange.com inbox is filled with emails from residents who saw the Chang Cruiser and the phones at Chang’s campaign office have been ringing off the hook. Voters are calling and emailing to say that they have seen the Cruiser and want to discuss Chang’s stance on important issues such as the budget deficit, job creation, pension reform, corruption and public education.

"I saw the Chang Cruiser this morning when I was driving the kids to school," said Karen Schmidt, a Glenview resident. "I’ve seen candidates’ yard signs throughout the neighborhood, but I’ve never seen anything like this. I think it’s great that Hamilton is working so hard to raise awareness!"
